Job Description

Pin Point Tennis Team is looking for committed Level 2 or above coach to join our team from September 2018. There is the opportunity to join our team earlier with our holiday camps. The successful coach will be working with our groups across our 3 clubs and school links, working weekdays, evenings and Saturdays. The coach will work as part of our team but will also lead sessions at our venues, particularly at Four Marks Tennis Club. Starting in September there will be a starting 15 hours group with the potential to build more hours across the venues. Level 3 & above; above coaches can offer private lessons.

Overview of Venue

Pin Point Tennis Team are currently working with; Wrecclesham Tennis Club, Headley

Tennis Club, Four Marks Tennis Club, St Peters CofE School, More House School, Folly Hill Infant School, Hale School and The Royal School.

We run compressive tennis programmes at all venues based on their size and demands. We work with a low Coach to Player ratio to maximise players learning opportunities within our tennis pathways.

Pin Point Tennis Team also has links with Active Surrey, LTA and local Borough councils to run tennis events and tournaments.

Person Specification

The ideal coach will be looking to join an experienced coaching team to further develop their coaching career and further develop our tennis programmes.

Minimum Level 2 (or equivalent)

Valid DBS Check

Valid First Aid

Self-employed

Reliable and committed to the team

Experience of working with groups of all ages

Good communication skills, organisational skills & time keeping skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays

Driving Licence and a Car
