Job Description

The chosen candidate will assist in delivering lessons onsite at schools and nurseries and well as being involved in the disability side of our programme. Working Monday - Saturday as part of a team but also being able to be responsible for small groups. Own transport would be preferable as coach will be travelling between different schools and nurseries. Camps are run during holiday times.

Overview of Venue

Matchpro Tennis are one of the largest providers of schools tennis in our area. We have a base at Haydon School in Northwood with 6 courts and use of an indoor sports hall and we work with many of the surrounding primary schools and nurseries. The aim of our programme is to make tennis accessible to everyone.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic. Schools that we work with look for continuity in staff and the children and parents like to see the same coach each week, so must be looking for a long term role. Candidate must also be good with children, patient and able to work well with other coaches as well as on their own. Time keeping must be impeccable. We would prefer someone local to the area if possible.
