Level 2 Coach (Part-Time) - Edgbaston Archery, Warwickshire
Rate of Pay
The role will consist of leading sessions at the Club and at the Satellite Venue along with delivering sessions at local schools, to further make solid school-club links and supporting the Head Coach at Edgbaston Archery with growing the program. The successful candidates will have the following personal specifications.
Edgbaston Archery Lawn Tennis Society is a very sociable and friendly club situated in Edgbaston next to the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The clubhouse has a bar, kitchen, changing rooms with showers, function room with a pool table and table tennis table. There is space in the function room to do Tots and Mini Red sessions if required.
The ability to work within a team and independently, also to work alongside Head Coach to provide coaching to the club, Satellite Venues and local primary schools. Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Have the ability to provide quality sessions. Be confident in managing large groups, alongside assistants or independently, and have a strong presence when coaching sessions. Engage well with parents and socially within the Club. Able to adapt to changes within the coaching environment, on and off court.
Desirable but not essential: Holds a UK driving license and has a car to travel. Willing to work, full-time within Summer Camps and Holiday Camps.
