2003 Oct 11 - Henman loses to Moya in Vienna

Tim Henman was unable to add Carlos Moya to his list of high profile casualties at the CA Trophy in Vienna as he crashed 7-6(1) 7-5 to the Spaniard.

Having broken the Moya serve in the first set Tim was in pole position to claim the set only for his own serve to be broken. A tie-break followed, but Tim threw in a batch of unforced errors and handed the set to Moya.

Set two was cut from the same cloth with Tim breaking serve early on. He was even afforded the bonus of serving for the set which he didn't take, and Moya wrapped up the match winning the next three games.

Had Tim made the final he would have been facing none other than 2003 Wimbledon champion Roger Federer.
