2003 Oct 11 - Henman loses to Moya in Vienna
Tim Henman was unable to add Carlos Moya to his list of high profile casualties at the CA Trophy in Vienna
as he crashed 7-6(1) 7-5 to the Spaniard.
Having broken the Moya serve in the first set Tim was in pole position to claim the set only for
his own serve to be broken. A tie-break followed, but Tim threw in a batch of unforced errors and
handed the set to Moya.
Set two was cut from the same cloth with Tim breaking serve early on. He was even afforded the
bonus of serving for the set which he didn't take, and Moya wrapped up the match winning the next three
Had Tim made the final he would have been facing none other than 2003 Wimbledon champion Roger Federer.
