2003 January 30 - Rotterdam comeback for Henman?
Tim Henman is hoping to return to action in February for the
International Series Gold tournament in Rotterdam on the 17th February.
A persistent shoulder injury meant Tim missed both the Davis Cup and Australian Open.
On his personal website, Tim said:
"My shoulder feels much better and is about 90 per cent recovered.
"I need to keep working hard on my re-hab and I need to continue to serve both
harder and more frequently so that I'm able to go flat out for three sets.
"I need to be able to then come back the next day with no adverse reaction and
do it again, so that I have a chance of winning the events I enter.
"If things continue to go as well as they have done for the last couple of weeks
I'm hopeful of being ready for the European indoor season, and I'd like to start in Rotterdam."
